Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sub Project Manager to join our Project Management Team, supporting the delivery of a key project at Sellafield. Working closely with the Asset Care Lead, client, and multi-disciplinary teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme objectives. This position offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a complex and fast-paced nuclear environment, requiring the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.,

  • Support project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and governance.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and project activities.
  • Assist with budget, resource, and cost management.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and quality requirements.
  • Produce project reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

    Project management experience within engineering, construction, or nuclear sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, reporting, and delivery.
  • Experience working with planning and cost engineers.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Able to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
  • British Sole National status.
