Sub Dispatch Team Leader

We are seeking a Sub Dispatch Team Leader to lead and coordinate the Sub Dispatch team, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with SLAs, and high levels of customer satisfaction., We are looking for a professional who can support strategic goals through effective workload management, service level improvement, and the enablement of value-added tasks across the team., Oversee the daily operations of the Sub Dispatch team to ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met.

Allocate tasks across the team to support efficient workflow management.

Monitor team performance to ensure the timely completion of reactive works.

Manage and respond to operational queries within agreed service levels.

Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Provide regular updates and information to relevant stakeholders.

Support process improvement initiatives and assist with the implementation of new procedures.

Act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.

Proven experience in a team leadership role within an operational or facilities management environment.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

Familiarity with SLAs and performance monitoring.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.
