• Proven experience in a managerial role related to sub assembly in the motorsport or automotive industries.


• Deep understanding of assembly processes and system integration.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.


• Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.


• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.


• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
