Sub-Agent

Your Role:As a Sub Agent, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering successful projects. You'll oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure that work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on important infrastructure projects while developing your career!
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor progress against project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
Support the Site Agent in managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.

You have experience in site management, civil engineering, or construction supervision.
You hold a qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
You possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
You can read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
You hold a full driving license and are willing to travel between project sites as required.
