As a Housekeeping Stylist, reporting directly to the Director of Style (Executive Housekeeper), You take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the hotel-from guest rooms to public areas and our heart of house spaces. Core Responsibilities

• Prioritising room cleaning to support smooth hotel operations.
• Following access protocols and ensuring guest privacy before entering rooms.
• Restocking amenities and supplies to keep everything fresh and inviting.
• Changing linens and preparing beds to meet brand expectations.
• Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and removing used items like trash and room service trays.
• Polishing surfaces, dusting furniture, and keeping walls spotless.
• Vacuuming and tidying carpets for a flawless finish.
• Taking ownership of any guest concerns and making sure they're resolved.
• Staying on top of all health and safety standards.
• Representing the W brand with energy and authenticity in every interaction-with guests and fellow team members.
