The Study Support Service Officer is an important regional role with the responsibility for supporting the delivery of the Study Support Services offerings to stakeholders following the RDN Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be engaging with multiple partners across the region by supporting the coordination of communities and events. You will need to understand and maintain systems for costing and attribution of studies ensuring adept support for regional organisations with their data requirements.

You will manage data and information systems that are required to support the operation of the Study Support Service. The role will require the ability to understand and interpret complex information and data to make recommendations on decisions and plans relating to the Study Support Service. This may include communicating and presenting to a variety of audiences and so good levels of presentation skills are required too. You will be familiar with and skilled in the implementation of Information Governance best practice within systems supporting operation of the Study Support Service. The post holder will actively contribute to activities and service processes that support study sponsors, funders and investigators to access data to enable them to effectively manage the delivery of their studies.
