  • Industry experience within the Police, Military, Prison, Fire Service or wider Protective Services sector
  • Strong knowledge of Uniformed Protective/Public Services and a passion for inspiring future professionals
  • Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to work towards one
  • Proven ability to motivate learners and support outstanding student achievement and progression
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident, adaptable and able to respond positively to challenging situations
  • High expectations of yourself and your learners, with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
