Full Job Description
Full time, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive? Do you have the drive to make a difference in a vibrant school community? If so, we'd love to hear from you!, We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Student Support Officer to join our enthusiastic team. You will:
- Provide support and guidance to students struggling to manage their behaviour.
- Mentor individual students and work across the school to minimise low-level disruption.
- Support staff and students with behaviour management strategies.
- Play a key role in the running of our RAISE rooms and "On Call" provision. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive staff team and contribute to our vision of ensuring every student can thrive and feel valued.
