Student Support Advisor

We're looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join our Student Services team as a Student Support Advisor. In this customer-facing role-primarily over the phone but also in person-you'll provide accurate advice and guidance to students and visitors, ensuring a high standard of service and signposting them to other College departments for further support.

You will:

• Be able to demonstrable customer service experience in an office environment.
• Have experience of working in a fast changing environment.
• Have experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Have knowledge and experience of Windows based software to include word processing and spread sheets.
• Have GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent.
