About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in higher education, working in a student facing role which involves significant contact with students, academic and professional staff. The role holder will take responsibility for the effective running of the administrative functions within the Student Support service, and to ensure a consistent and reliable service is delivered to our students.
The postholder will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, have strong IT skills, experience of providing guidance and an ability to work with empathy and sensitivity within a confidential environment. The postholder will be a quick learner, able to assimilate and retain information to be able to advise students on relevant policies and procedures.

Your background includes experience in student services, academic administration, or pastoral support, where you've demonstrated your ability to manage complex queries, support diverse student populations, and navigate university systems with confidence.
