Summary
Student Services Assistant
Salary: Band E of the NCLT Support Staff Spine, £18,358 - £19,262 (£25,558 - £26,818 FTE).
A recruitment and retention allowance may be available for an outstanding candidate.
Contract Details: 30 hours per week (working pattern to be discussed at interview), part year (40 weeks), permanent.

Working as part of the Student Services Team you will provide a high quality, customer-focused student services function to support our New College Pontefract students. Strong organisational, time management and customer service skills are essential for this varied role, as is a flexible approach to work. With previous experience of using computerised administrative systems, the successful candidate will have good IT skills, attention to detail, the ability to plan and prioritise to deadlines and an understanding of how to handle sensitive information of a confidential nature.
