Full Job Description

Student Records is part of the central MIS Team who are responsible for all student ILR data, HE data, exams, systems and reporting. We are currently looking for two enthusiastic Student Records Administrators to work across the NCC Group, the post will be based at our Tower Hamlets, Poplar campus, travel to other sites will be required during Enrolment and Exams., You will work within the Student Records Team to help support the accurate and timely administration of Student enrolments, assisting with compliance checks and internal audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of our data. You will also help support the maintenance of student data by following up student absences and withdrawals, as necessary. Liaising with College staff, students, parents, and wider agencies on a daily basis to solve attendance queries and assisting with accurate and timely administration of student and group change requests. You will be part of a team to work and update the student data for the funding submissions (ILR).

You should have experience of working in an administration role and enjoy working with data and talking to students. You will have good communication skills and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, ensuring a high level of accuracy. You are adaptable, collaborative, and ready to contribute to a student-focused team.
