Student Programmes Coordinator

The Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (FHASS) is looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join the Faculty Education Services team until the end of November 2026 in the first instance as a Student Programmes Coordinator. You will work collaboratively within the team, enhancing the student experience across the Faculty, as well as enabling high quality administration, under the management of Student Programmes Officers led by the Faculty Education Services Manager You will be placed initially within one of the following teams, noting that as a member of the Faculty Education Services team, movement and support may be required in other areas to suit business needs:

• School of Arts
• School of Global Affairs
• School of Law
• School of Social Sciences
• Postgraduate Research (PGR) Hub
You will have the opportunity to work both independently, as well as part of the wider Education Services team. A full induction and training programme will be provided and opportunities for professional development in areas such as digital systems (plus more!|). For example, the role requires a knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, but this knowledge can also be built further through internal training processes.
