Student Event Hosts / Performers

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. We are looking for two confident and engaging students to support an upcoming university event as Event Hosts / Performers. In this role, you will:

• Welcome and interact with guests, helping to create a friendly and professional atmosphere
• Support the smooth running of the event alongside the organising team
• Deliver a short live performance (including singing and light entertainment) as part of the event programme, Manchester Metropolitan University is committed to supporting the rights, responsibilities, dignity, health and wellbeing of staff and students through our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
  
  This role is only open to current Manchester Met students who:
• Are studying Acting, Drama, Theatre, or a related performance discipline
• Have a confident singing ability suitable for a live audience
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are friendly, approachable, and professional
