Our Vision: Changing Lives through Education Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Recruitment Advisor to join our team. As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and enrolling prospective students to our institution. You will utilize your sales and communication skills to engage with potential students, guide them through the admissions process, and facilitate their transition to becoming enrolled students while providing exceptional customer service. Note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What The Role Involves

  • Track enquiries, applications, admissions data, and manage student recruitment pipelines.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
  • Utilize various communication channels-including phone calls, emails, and virtual platforms-to engage with prospective students and nurture leads.
  • Offer information, advice, and guidance on Student Finance and available financial support to address learning barriers.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives related to student recruitment and enrolment management as needed.

  • Sales Acumen: Identify the needs and goals of prospective students and recommend suitable programs, using effective selling techniques to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with prospective students through various channels.
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely manner.
  • Active Listening: Listen attentively to the needs and concerns of prospective students and provide tailored solutions.
  • Closing Skills: Guide prospective students through the enrolment process and overcome objections to secure commitments.
  • Time Management: Manage time and resources efficiently, prioritising tasks, following up with leads, and meeting recruitment goals.
  • Goal Orientation: Set ambitious recruitment targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Demonstrate resilience and persistence in the face of rejection or challenges and maintain motivation.
  • Program Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of GBS programs.
