The Support & Advice Hub aims to provide student-focused, high-quality independent information and advice across academic and housing issues, while providing support for students with wellbeing concerns. It is an inclusive, accessible, and supportive service that empowers students to overcome challenges during their time at Newcastle University.

Summary of the role:
This role provides Support & Advice Hub service users with specialist independent information, advice, representation and casework support for academic and housing matters. They are responsible for the accuracy and quality of specialist advice within their remit.

They are a key part of the Support & Advice Hub team and work alongside the Advice Manager and another Student Adviser to deliver an excellent advice service.

Every year the team supports hundreds of students with academic and housing issues alongside a wide range of wellbeing concerns.
