Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Peripatetic Specialist Teacher to join our dynamic team on a supply basis and deliver high-quality specialist teaching assessments across Lincolnshire., Required for 1st September 2025, one highly motivated Specialist Teacher to join our team on a supply basis to work across the county in providing specialist teaching assessments for a range of Children/Young People with SEND. The post is advertised as countywide but the bulk of the work will initially be in the East Lindsey area. The post will attract a generous mileage allowance of 45p per mile. However, consideration will be given to travel times and keeping these as low as possible.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential and a further accredited Level 7 qualification relevant to the assessment of children and young people with specific learning differences/difficulties is desired. An ability to work as part of a team with a range of other professionals as well as being able to work to statutory time scales will also form a key part of the role. Full induction and on-going support will be provided., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post., Disability Confident
