Calibre Search are working alongside a major UK-based multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy who have been providing high-quality services to their clients for over 120 years. Due to further workload, they are looking to appoint a Structural Revit Technician to join their expanding Leedsoffice on a full time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning the commercial, retail, residential, industrial and scientific sectors.
The role would suit an experienced Revit Technician who has the ability to work with minimal supervision and be able to draw from calculations in the building structures sector. If you are motivated by helping to establish drawing standards and by the quality of the work you produce, then this position will suit you. It is likely that you will be qualified to HNC/HND standard, and be proficient producing, general arrangement drawings, Reinforced Concrete / steel details. Revit / BIM experience is essential
As well as ensuring that quality and consistency of technical output (drawings, reports, calcs etc) is always maintained, you will liaise with and lead other members of the design team to achieve a coordinated design solution that meets the Clients objectives, working on projects of various sizes and complexity including offices, hotels, large residential developments, retail etc.
Possessing a minimum of three years UK industry experience, you will have experience in all the common forms of construction, material and building types. Due to some of the workload, experience in working on listed and historical buildings would be advantageous, as is experience of working on large projects, offices, hotels, housing developments.
