Experteer Overview In this role you help drive engineering breakthroughs by delivering safe, manufacturable structural solutions for Parker's engineered products. You'll work across functions to integrate solutions, balancing performance, cost, and feasibility. You will apply structural principles to codes, analyses, and assessments (shock, blast, fatigue, stress) and manage external consultants when needed. - Minimize safety issues in the workplace and products Provide engineered structural solutions using principles and analysis (code compliance, shock design, detail, stress, fatigue, blast analysis) Coordinate with 3rd party consultants when required and own this relationship Collaborate with other functions to ensure manufacturability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness of designs Author technical reports for internal and external stakeholders Maintain a controlled process for work requests with scope, work performed, and deliverables Ensure traceability and accessibility of work artifacts for others Tasks Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience Organised and efficient, able to work with minimal supervision Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment Willingness and ability to travel internationally Flexible mindset and ability to work across a matrix organisation preferred: experience with sheet metal fabrication preferred: experience with filtration Key requirements Solid employer with 100+ years in market Career growth and internal hiring Collaborative and empowered work environment Values: trust, respect, collaboration, professional growth Open environment for idea-sharing Attractive compensation packages
