We are looking for a dedicated Manager to help lead our Co-op team., As the Co-op Manager, you will be the key to leading the operations of a thriving Co-op unit. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
• Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
• Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume grocery environment.
  
  Proven experience as a Senior Assistant Manager or Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
• A passion for great displays and outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
