The Opportunity

The UK Sports Institute and British Triathlon have an exciting opportunity for a part time Strength & Conditioning Coach working in Leeds (0.4 FTE 15 hours / 2 days - Monday and Friday delivery)

A snapshot of the role

This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in the performance journey of some of the world's best triathletes. Working in close partnership with coaches and the Performance Support Team, the postholder will help create, deliver, and evaluate cutting-edge physical performance services that directly influence Olympic medal success.

Based at the Leeds Triathlon Centre, you will lead Strength & Conditioning provision for Leeds-based World Class Programme athletes. You'll work with athletes who have already achieved podium success, and those on track to do so, contributing to their preparation, long-term availability and performance projects to deliver world leading performance when it matters. As part of the wider national Performance Support Team you will also contribute to innovative projects with a clear focus on achieving success at the Olympic games.

If you feel you can bring the expertise we require to help us shape our future, we very much look forward to hearing from you.
