Full Job Description
We're looking for a Street Works Administrator to join our Anglian Water Alliance team based in Sproughton, Ipswich., Location: Sproughton, Ipswich - some remote working available, with regular travel to the office required.Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Street Works Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Anglian Water Alliance Street Works team to deliver safe and compliant works across the region. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a real impact by identifying patterns, understanding root causes of compliance failures, and helping shape meaningful improvements that benefit both our teams and the communities we serve.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Street Works Administrator, you'll be working within the Street Works team, supporting them in maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement. Your day to day will include:
-Conducting thorough root cause analysis on Fixed Penalty Notices and other charges to identify underlying issues and trends
-Recording and maintaining accurate compliance information across relevant systems, ensuring data integrity
-Collaborating with teams across the business to share findings and support action planning for compliance improvement
-Producing clear, insightful reports that help colleagues understand performance trends and make informed decisions
-Verifying payment requests and working with commercial teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
You have a good understanding of Street Works legislation and can apply it in practical situations
-You're confident working with data and Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-You can communicate clearly and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
-You're highly organised and can manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines
-You have a curious, methodical approach and enjoy getting to the heart of problems to find lasting solutions, Disability Confident
