Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Workforce Business Partner. This is a pivotal role for a credible leader who understands the direct link between effective workforce planning and delivering high-quality patient care., Please refer to the role profile attached which includes the main duties for this position Strategic Workforce Business Partner.
You will provide expert advice at a senior level, leading on workforce strategies that have organisation-wide impact. With a strong background in the NHS or a similarly complex environment, you will have a proven ability to deliver complex projects, influence senior leaders, and work collaboratively with trade unions. You'll be experienced in workforce planning, pay and reward, employment law, and have the ability to coach and develop managers in employee relations, organisational change and good people management.
The successful candidate must hold a Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant people management qualification, be a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and demonstrate a strong track record of continuing professional development.
Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is the UK's leading heart and lung hospital, delivering care to more than 50,000 patients a year in its new state-of-the-art hospital in Cambridge. We perform the most heart and/or lung transplants in the UK and carried out the UK's first successful heart transplant in 1979.
