Strategic Tech Account Lead - Upsell & Growth

Everything Tech Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to nurture a portfolio of key clients while generating new business leads. You will act as the main contact, coordinating proposals, contracts and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will identify opportunities for upselling, developing long-term relationships and staying informed on industry trends to provide strategic guidance. A collaborative team environment and travel to client sites are expected.
