Lighthouse Capital Services Ltd is seeking a Safeguarding & Development Lead in Kent, offering hybrid working and a strategic leadership role in safeguarding across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders, managers and HR to strengthen safeguarding culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
