Full Job Description

The Strategic Project Management Officer (SPMO) plays a vital role in ensuring the CRO can focus on Management deliverables, by handling administrative and operational elements. Your support is crucial to the smooth functioning of the PMO.

Financial and Operation Monitoring, and Reporting:

· Ability to accurately forecast revenue and manage sales pipelines

· Produce precise financial accounts, status reports and snapshots for Quarterly Business Reviews

· Monitor progress in Harmony, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.

· Conduct sales and margin reviews with Market Unit Leaders.

Communication and Coordination:

· Schedule and document weekly meetings, capturing action points and follow-ups.

· Prepare presentations, visuals, and status updates as required.

· Support CRO with ad-hoc project requests.

The ideal candidate has an interest in getting engaged with sales & operational teams and possesses a basic understanding of SAP solutions/technology. The role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Business Transformation Managements (BTM) and requires time critical tasks related to the success of the BTM Sales Team's successWho are you:

· Strong decision-making, problem solving and execution skills

· Highly organised, able to handle pressure and deadlines whilst prioritising competing demands

· Ability to connect and easily relate to people of all levels and backgrounds

· An effective communicator, able to convey clear messages, vision and guidance.

· A knowledge of SAP solutions and cloud-based enterprise applications is preferred

· Fluency in English, Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
