Experteer Overview As an Enterprise Strategic Product Consultant for Cost Management, you guide enterprise clients in adopting Procore's Project Execution solutions to transform financials, project management, and quality & safety. You act as a trusted advisor, leading strategic engagements with stakeholders to design scalable processes and drive measurable business outcomes. You collaborate across Delivery, Product, and Engineering to deliver complex implementations and foster data-driven decision making. • Serve as trusted advisor to post-sale clients, redesigning legacy processes across financials, project management, quality, and safety Collaborate with Delivery Project Managers to align client processes with Procore SOPs through training and consultation Teach and apply industry best practices in cost management, project controls, quality, and health & safety to ensure scalable client processes Create and deliver thought leadership materials (workshops, webinars) on financial control, project management, quality, and safety Apply industry and construction knowledge to improve client business processes across the organisation Provide clear, high-quality service and education to clients Foster team culture through onboarding, training, and mentoring Travel up to 50% to client sites, events, and other offices Tasks Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) 5+ years in financial, project management, quality, or safety roles within architecture, engineering, or construction Experience in Commercial/Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, Project Management, or Quality/Safety Manager roles Proven proficiency in project financials (budgeting, forecasting, change management, reporting), project management workflows, and quality/safety processes Strong understanding of cost control, project delivery governance, quality management, and health & safety best practices Experience conducting client discovery, creating operational workflows, and delivering onsite presentations Bachelor's degree preferred Key requirements competitive base pay equity compensation and/or bonus incentive compensation full-time position travel up to 50%
