About the Role Softcat is one of Extreme Networks' most strategic partners in the UK and a key driver of our future growth. We are looking for a dedicated Strategic Partner Account Manager to strengthen this partnership, build seller confidence, accelerate opportunities, and help deliver exceptional outcomes for customers, Softcat and Extreme. This is more than a traditional channel role. We're looking for someone who can build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, drive initiatives into action and confidently engage in both partner and customer-facing sales conversations.What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute joint growth plans with Softcat
• Build strong relationships across sales, technical and leadership teams
• Drive enablement programmes that increase seller confidence and capability
• Support and occasionally lead customer engagements and sales opportunities
• Identify, develop and accelerate pipeline opportunities
• Execute strategic growth initiatives and campaigns
• Coordinate resources across Extreme to deliver outstanding partner and customer experiences
• Maintain forecast visibility and support revenue growth targets
