Full Job Description
You'll play a key role in driving growth across enquiries, bookings, revenue and profit by building and nurturing strong partnerships with our Strategic Multi Academy Trusts. You'll proactively seek out new opportunities within identified Trusts - connecting with the right stakeholders, creating tailored proposals and working closely with our Key Account Executives and Marketing team to bring partnership plans to life. Once a Trust comes on board, you'll own the relationship, ensuring it continues to thrive through excellent communication, problem-solving and regular reporting, including cost-savings, carbon insights and any data the Trust needs. This is a role for someone who loves being out and about. You'll travel regularly to meet customers, build relationships with key decision makers, deliver engaging presentations and represent PGL Beyond at industry events. You'll also spend time at both of our Head Office locations, helping to strengthen the link between our internal teams and our external partners-always showcasing PGL Beyond in a professional, positive and purpose-led way.
- Proven experience in new business development, lead generation and building strong partnerships
- Confidence in delivering engaging customer presentations and communicating at all levels
- Experience in managing a sales area and driving growth
- Strong account management skills with a focus on long-term relationships
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently
- A positive, proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude
- Confident at networking and quickly establishing new relationships
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence
Earn £32,000 per annum (our pay system is benchmarked and fair) plus bonus and company car - Permanent Contract
