Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an ambitious senior HR leader to take on the Divisional Head of Workforce role, leading the people agenda for a major clinical division. You will partner with divisional operational and clinical leaders to shape workforce strategy, deliver workforce plans and drive productivity, engagement and change.
Hybrid working is supported, with at least two days per week on site at the John Radcliffe Hospital, and the post offers development
