Full Job Description

QBE Insurance Group is seeking a Head of Model Use (Capital Modelling) to lead strategic model use within the EO Capital Modelling function. You will embed the ECM at the heart of decision-making, risk management and business partnering across EO, FAL and the wider QBE Group.

You'll shape capital planning, oversee governance, manage a high-performing team and engage senior stakeholders to translate insights into action across major transactions, reinsurance and regulatory forecasts.
