Strategic Execution Lead

This role will co-create and shape future Heathrow Operations strategy, ensuring it is visionary, pragmatic and grounded in operational reality. A central focus of the role is designing and operationalising a journey-led operating model, using product-centric constructs to translate strategic intent into a sustainable way of working across Heathrow Operations.,

• Co-creating and shaping strategic priorities with senior Operations leaders, framing options, trade-offs and operating implications.
• Designing and embedding a journey-led operating model, clarifying ownership, governance, decision rights and performance expectations.
• Facilitating strategic visioning and working sessions with senior stakeholders to co-create journey-led operational roadmaps and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Working with senior leaders across Operations, Digital Transformation and Customer to ensure the operating model enables effective execution.
• Driving business change through structured governance, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
• Advising on, and actively shaping, strategic initiatives to accelerate value delivery and benefit realisation across Operations.
• Supporting transformation initiatives, identifying levers for change and cross-functional synergies
• Translating complex strategic and operational insights into clear, compelling narratives and artefacts using tools such as PowerPoint.
  
  Proven experience in strategy creation and operating-model design, with experience translating intent into executable structures within complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of journey-led and product-centric operating model design, business change principles, and experience influencing digital transformation.
• Ability to synthesise complex inputs into clear, actionable strategies, operating frameworks and execution plans.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience working across senior operational and functional leadership.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working groups to drive alignment, resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Experience applying agile or iterative delivery approaches in complex environments, is desirable but not essential.
