Strategic Employment Support (Youth Employment Programmes)

Part of the Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub, our service provides support for people who are at risk of long-term unemployment including people with disabilities, young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) and Care experienced young people. We are currently seeking an Strategic Employment Support to work closely with management and DWP setting up the youth hubs throughout Gloucestershire. This role will include partnership working with a variety of other professionals and will be taking on some team leader responsibilities.

You will be innovative, creative with a customer focus and have excellent communication skills, which will allow for you to develop a range of close links with a range of partners; including other GCC teams, all with the aim of increasing skills base, knowledge and the opportunities available.
