Full Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the RJ Power / Ipsum Team in Sidcup, London.
You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing stores, company assets, stock, and site facilities in a safe, efficient, and well-organised environment.
As a Stores Person you will be…
Managing the day-to-day operation of the stores and warehouse.
Control stock levels, goods in/out, stock movements, and stock takes.
Maintain accurate asset records, ensuring tools and equipment are tracked, inspected, and available when needed.
Coordinate facilities activities, including maintenance, supplies, security, cleaning, and workplace standards.
Support health and safety compliance, warehouse housekeeping, and risk management.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure operational needs are met.
Experience in stores, warehouse, stock control, or inventory management.
Knowledge of goods in/out, stock control, and asset management.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and asset or inventory management systems.
A good understanding of health and safety and manual handling practices.
Desirable
Stores, warehousing, or inventory management qualification.
Forklift or manual handling certification.
Experience producing MI reports.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Working Hours: (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with overtime opportunities available)
