Full Job Description

  • Strong and experienced Storeman with a background in large-scale operations
  • Confident handling high-volume deliveries (200-400kg meat + full dry store)
  • Responsible for receiving, storing and organising stock, ensuring accurate records
  • Managing and maintaining dry store, fridges and freezers
  • Overseeing stock control, rotation, stock counts and audits
  • Carrying out delivery checks and paperwork
  • Supporting stock movement between sites (including driving when required)
  • Able to work closely with the Head Kitchen Porter
  • Hands-on, reliable and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ideally currently working in a similar role

    A full clean driving licence (provisional licence not accepted)
  • A can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and go the extra mile for our customers.
  • Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
