Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor, you'll support the leadership team in driving store performance while leading by example on the shop floor. You'll help translate commercial priorities into day to day action, support the development of Stylists, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.,

• Supporting and deputising for the management team when required to deliver KPIs and commercial priorities
• Helping to implement daily and weekly sales targets to drive store performance
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance, supporting reporting and feeding back to the management team
• Leading by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional 1 to 1 customer service
• Supporting the development of Stylists through coaching, training, and sharing product knowledge
• Assisting with store operations including stock management, admin, payroll, and rotas
• Helping to maintain strong visual merchandising and brand standards
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and high energy team environment
  
  A strong passion for the Levi's® brand and living our values
• Proven experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment
• Strong customer service skills with a hands on, people focused approach
• Experience working to and supporting the delivery of KPIs and sales targets
• A good understanding of store operations and day to day retail processes
• Confidence coaching and developing others on the shop floor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
