What You'll Do

· Lead, coach, and develop a large, high-performing retail team

· Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer experience

· Take full ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence

· Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised service

· Oversee all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and standards

· Build a strong team culture focused on engagement, development, and accountability

· Partner with support teams to deliver continuous improvement in a flagship environment
