Full Job Description
As a Store Manager Designate, you'll travel between different stores in your area, supporting where you're needed most. It's a great way to meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in your day. You won't be on the move forever though-this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing your career. As the Store Manager, you'll;
- Lead & develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service & maximise performance.
- Create exciting in-store promotions and experiences.
- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
- Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Ensure the smooth running of the store.
Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 2+ years - Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
- Passion for customer service & sales.
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
- This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview. Salary: Up to £34,500 per annum Why Superdrug?
