Store Manager Designate

As part of the global EssilorLuxottica group, you'll help deliver outstanding customer experiences while working with leading brands including Ray-Ban, Meta, Oakley, Prada and Nuance. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop retail teams across multiple stores
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences
• Drive store performance, sales growth and key business objectives
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence and compliance
• Build the skills and experience required to progress as a Store Manager

  Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
