Salary & Hours

• £46,891 FTE
• Northamptonshire Area
• 44 hours per week

Minimum Criteria to Apply

• Advanced experience of managing small to medium sized retail teams in a fast-moving retail environment to achieve a high weekly sales target
• Demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Manage and lead teams
  • Make commercially astute decisions
  • Rapidly problem solve
  • Develop talent
