Store Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Store Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the store. This is a full-time retail role and includes weekend working, alongside occasional evening events and activations. What the Store Manager will do:

• Leading, supporting and developing the retail team.
• Driving sales and delivering a considered, personal customer experience.
• Maintaining high standards across the store and visual merchandising.
• Supporting launches, screenings, events and activations.
• Feeding customer, product and retail insights back into the wider team and helping us improve what we do.
• Making sure you, the staff and the store represent SCRT®.

• 5 years' experience in fashion retail.
• Store Manager experience within premium fashion retail.
• A track record of leading teams and exceeding targets.
• Experience driving sales and customer experience.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the shop floor.
• Right to Work in the UK., A good understanding of SCRT®
