What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales performance and consistently deliver store targets
- Manage colleague performance, providing feedback, coaching and development support
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
- Ensure your store is operationally excellent, compliant and customer focused
- Support the delivery of eye care services using the latest optical technology

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader
- A proven track record of delivering sales targets and commercial results
- Experience managing colleague performance, coaching teams and driving improvement
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Optics experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
