Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover Redcar and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.

As the leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.

What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership of your store, driving performance and delivering results
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Create a brilliant shopping experience through high standards and availability
• Make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit
• Drive KPIs, manage stock effectively, and ensure compliance across the store
