As Store Manager, you'll run your store like it's your own business: serving your local community, developing your team, driving performance, and making your store the best place to work and shop.,

• Commercial & Business Growth: Treat the store as your own business. Find innovative ways to boost sales, enhance product offerings, and manage costs effectively.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain top-tier store standards, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
• Community Engagement: Build genuine relationships with local residents and ensure your store serves as a helpful hub for the neighborhood.
  
  While experience in retail, convenience, or hospitality is helpful, we prioritise leadership capability over a specific checklist. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
