    • sophisticated retail operations within major retail businesses. You know what fast paced looks like and it's where you get your energy! You'll bring: A minimum of 7 years' leadership experience managing large teams within a high-volume retail, department store, big-box retail, or multi-site retail environment. Proven success leading teams of 50+ colleagues through periods of growth, change, and operational complexity A strong commercial approach with experience managing significant sales turnover and delivering business results Experience developing managers and building robust succession pipelines The ability to lead in fast-paced environments where priorities can change quickly A passion for people leadership, coaching, and talent development A customer-first approach combined with a focus on operational excellence
