Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover Stoke Area and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.

• Take full ownership of your store, driving performance and delivering results
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Create a brilliant shopping experience through high standards and availability
• Make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit
• Drive KPIs, manage stock effectively, and ensure compliance across the store
