Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the daily running of your pet care centre, driving sales and performance while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.Your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing all aspects of daily operations, from stock control to store standards.Leading and inspiring your team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs.Creating a positive and fun working environment for your colleagues.Ensuring health and safety compliance across the store.Delivering outstanding customer service, embodying
