Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique on Bond Street, one of the world's most prestigious luxury retail destinations. The ideal candidate will embody our brand values, deliver an exceptional client experience, and drive commercial excellence while fostering a high-performing store culture., 1. Store Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team to uphold the brand's service and presentation standards.
  • Ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, stock controls, and compliance with all policies.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique reflects brand identity and seasonal guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and product flow in collaboration with regional logistics teams.
  • 2. Client Experience & Relationship Management
  • Champion the delivery of a world-class luxury client journey at every touchpoint.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients, driving loyalty and repeat business.
  • Handle complex customer cases professionally, ensuring swift resolution aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee clienteling activities, CRM performance, and outreach initiatives to maximize boutique traffic and sales.
  • 3. Commercial Performance
  • Own store KPIs and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
  • Analyse weekly and monthly business results; identify opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to keep the store competitive and relevant.
  • Collaborate with HQ and regional teams on commercial planning, product requests, and assortment feedback.
  • 4. Team Development & People Management
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members to cultivate exceptional talent.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning for key roles.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, local labour regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • 5. Brand Representation
  • Act as a true ambassador for the brand, upholding its heritage, values, and aesthetic.
  • Represent the store during brand events, VIP appointments, store visits, and cross-functional meetings.

    Minimum 5-7 years of retail management experience, ideally within luxury fashion, accessories, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.
  • Highly organized, commercially driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Understanding of the London luxury retail landscape, specifically Bond Street clientele, is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
