Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a new Store Manager to continue to build on the success of our recently refurbished Leyland shop.

The successful applicant, needs to be experienced in retail and enthusiastic with a can do attitude. Visual merchandising, product placement and developing external events will be the focus of the manager who will also be responsible for managing a supervisor and a team of volunteers. You will also be part of a wider team, where support, communication and teamwork is the key to success.

The shop, which stocks clothing, books, furniture and general merchandise trades for 6 days a week. You will manage the shop, working 7.5 hours a day with the flexibility of working 5 days out of 7 which includes Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

Our charity shops not only raise much-needed funds, they are also a busy hub in the community - attracting regular customers and donors who wish to support the work of the hospice.

This position is subject to a DBS check. All candidates must be able to demonstrate they are eligible to work in the UK.

37.5 Hours per week (£27,100 per annum)
