Stoma Care Patient Pathway Assistant | Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly administrator to join our team and help support our Stoma Clinical Nurse Specialists Department deliver excellent patient care through delivering a comprehensive and efficient administrative/coordination and secretarial service. If successful, your duties will include:

• Providing a wide range of administrative, I.T. and clerical support. This includes maintaining computer and paper-based patient records, preparing patient and clinic paperwork and responding promptly, effectively and appropriately to telephone enquiries.
• Delivering comprehensive and efficient data collection/data input to the Stoma CNS service
• Maintaining effective communication with the multidisciplinary team and patients.
• Liaising with wards and departments within MSE and and outside agencies
• Booking clinic appointments and procedures in a timely fashion and cash up clinics when finished
